INNER SPACE 2013 - Reservations open May 25 - June 1, 2013

The world’s largest Closed Circuit Rebreather (CCR) diving event is once again coming to Grand Cayman  May 26 to June 2, 2012, marking the 9th anniversary of INNER SPACE. Hosted by Divetech at Cobalt Coast Dive Resort, 78 Closed Circuit Rebreather divers will partake in this eventful week, diving the deep walls and shallow reefs  of Grand Cayman.  CCR divers from new recreational divers through deep trimix divers journey to Grand Cayman, diving at various depths based on their certification limits, from 60 to 400 feet on dives lasting for 3 hours.

INNER SPACE is a dedicated week of Closed Circuit Rebreather Diving and CCR training, lectures, technology conference and more! It's an all inclusive week bringing together divers, Instructors, dive shops, manufacturers, training agencies and more.

A team of 3 field researchers will be here from DAN including Dr. Neal Pollock, Dawn Kernagis and Jenna Wiley, conducting their third technical diver field study. The tests are harmless and non-invasive including TTE (transthoracic echocardiogram or cardiac ultrasound) and blood tests, allowing researchers and divers to ‘see’ and ‘hear’ bubbles in the blood stream and/or heart after dives. Venous blood is drawn to look at several biomarkers of decompression stress by a trained phlebotomist. DEMO DAYS: After in Orlando, from May 22 -26, we are hosting DEMO DAYS. This will be an opportunity to dive yuor rebreather in the warm, clear waters of Cayman! If you are interested in coming early or coming just for DEMO Days, packages can be from 3 – 5 nights, just a few days after RF3 for those not coming to Inner Space, or coming a few days early with select customers interested in your products/services.

A $1,000.US deposit per person is required for, and it's run of the house for rooms, so get your deposit in early! Please do let us know if your plans change and you have to cancel as 100% refunds will be given up until April 15/2012.
